Knights didn't use crossbows as primary weapons, along with most heavily armoured combatants. They were generally more useful up front.

How about we make a heavy knight with a lance as primary and crossbow as a spell or transformation ability..this should be a combination of a late era knight and mounted crossbow.

However I do not know what type of knight does those..

We have lancer already, the regular late era knight(for england) and gendarme(for france) uses a lance. I don't think there were ever knights who swapped lance and crossbow mid-battle, maybe some unique case.

Also weird armour colouring, and check if it already exists before making an image.

Other ideas we could have:

Conquistadores(mounted and dismounted for spain)
Early polish hussar
Light dragoons(needed for most factions)
Uhlans
Cossacks

But these are mostly fo4 factions we arent focusing on right now
