Condottiero rebalance IMPLEMENTED

Condottiero is too strong for a mercenary, he can make mercenary armies stay forever unless killed, and his stats make him hard to kill and he doesn't vanish since he has a 3turn cooldown pay mercenary army. That makes everlasting mercenary armies with only 1 condottiero.

So I suggest -Some taken from squirrel5555's idea- to make him to have weaker capabilities or he doesn't receive any payments but instead make him last for 10 or 12 turns.

It is actually a bug.
He was never supposed to get leaving time from itself.
On the contrary - my plan was to loose leaving time by using this ability, but unfortunately I cannot get it done, so the least I wanted to set this ability to not affect self, but apparently forgot.
