Legion missile tactics and siege ballista In all upgrades available? I have this multiplayer game with all techs available I checked my invented techs and I found Legion missile tactics and siege ballista in it. Is it intentional?

Ps: I didn't invent any techs yet.

I remember that tech can allow you to build some special towers (e.g. billistia/longbow tower).

Not those towers.
It's for flame tower, barrage one more similar to barrage.
As for other two techs - tech is in "all techs" group by default if it doesn't require shop (gem) upgrade, unless stated otherwise in json.
So legion missile tactics are there kinda by design.
And siege ballista is a bug - should be fixed in dev already.

I forgot to mention, that machinery is normally useless, as all three of those towers also requires map grant (by trigger).

Should be removed from all techs then. I sometimes steal machinery from AI

There is one problem regarding that.
I don't know all maps. I may forget something about the maps.
Somewhere it could be used by design to require this tech (e.g. - player gets tech by trigger after doing something and that allows for these towers to be build.
