Option to make move buttons to the left side

Option to make move buttons to the left side

I had hurt the tendons and bones in my right thumb. basically bruised them. This was several months ago and the doc said it could take several months more before it stops hurting and I regain full strength in the thumb. With that said, would be possible to put into the settings the ability to flip the button icons in the game play around so that it caters to left handed people (just for the record, I am right handed).
Anything is feasible with enough money and power.

Get ready to get your teeth kicked in, it will make for a good education.
