Soviet campaign 1939-1945. Problem

In the campaign "Soviet campaign 1939-1945" I had a problem in the map "Operation Iskra", the problem is that the enemy has a lot of guns that can easily deal with the infantry, and most of my units are infantry, which do not have anti-tank guns and normal tanks.

You can make up for the losses, by repairing that tank that you will find near a south-eastern village.
