Ice water impassable for scout birds FIXED

The frozen water tile that is used on Frigid Fringes (and other maps) seems to be impassable for scout birds, therefore possibly all flying units...? I noticed the same thing with the same tile on a different map too.
I also play an RTS game called Life 8-)
And I also like drinking beer! :D

It seems I forgot to put ice water into flyable terrain group.
I'll fix it in the pack.
