Is it too much to ask for this? They the chariots were moving with scythed wheels so it would make sense adding this. The chariot wheels ability has also very little damage. If this were to be added I think reducing the damage of scythes to 3 would be viable? With a 1 turn cd.

Well i dont see.the reason why not since theyre so underused even today. Just put a 1 turn CD and its alright. Idk about the coding part though

I think im the only one who uses chariots. In my time in aos I rarely see a player who uses chariots.
Why would it be spammable if it has a cooldown? I forgot to write the one turn cooldown I'll edit my first post.

Atleast they were used in some fun campaign maps so my efforts were not wasted 
As for taking no action, i dont know if its possible, but current situation is quite good too since chariot can deal direct 8 damage max without taking any counter dmg(u can also use a high dmg mace or berserker
from inside chariot to kill off the enemy)

it is possible to change action cost of ability down to 0 or up to 2/5/50.
