Legionarys pierce armour
I think at legionary should have 5 pierce armour like shielder has because legionarys has big shield.

Wont that make the legionary too strong? If it will have 5 pierce armor the cost will have to increase.

I think 4 pierce armor is good, because dont forget the two blacksmith upgrades for +2 (so +6 if already at base +4).Darkknight wrote:Wont that make the legionary too strong? If it will have 5 pierce armor the cost will have to increase.
Personally I think the Shielder is too expensive for how slow he is and how little hp he has. But 3 pierce armor is too low for the legionaire. If you increase the cost of the legion, then you simply have to increase the cost for the Templars because: 1) Templars have already been reduced in cost by one for being too expensive in relation to other units; 2) Templars are already (In my opinion) a better choice than Legionairres because their armor is roughly the same, they can heal, and they only cost one more. I dont think Templars need to cost more, because 5 turns is a long time in an intense game, but I think the legion needs some kind of buff thats fair to the rest of the units.

I agree with The Pendulum.
This is just theoretical thing, based off of how it looks and not how it works in the game.Ness wrote:I think at legionary should have 5 pierce armour like shielder has because legionarys has big shield.

I think legionairres already have pretty tough armor.
The day is coming when a single carrot, freshly observed, will set off a revolution.
Re: Legionarys pierce armour
Agreed, considering it can be buffed +4 by upgrades and effects.
Thanks!

Re: Legionarys pierce armour
Well, infantry armor/sword mastery does not affect legionairres, but with the centurion boost of +2 its still very formidable.

Re: Legionarys pierce armour
My bad, okay +2 added to their armor still makes them very strong.
Thanks!
