similar to land siege tower, this ship allows garrisoned units to go above enemy buildings.

cost 7
hp 100
attack 0
armour 3/15
speed 3
sight 6
carry capacity 3 (units inside cant attack) (carried units die if carrier dies)
CR 30%

I think units should be able to attack from inside, just like normal siege towers, or galleons, for example
Green is the correct color, other colors are "less correct".
