Elite Cannoneers can only be healed, not repaired FIXED

The cause is probably (at least I think so) that in their JSON they have
"bonusMending":0.0 and
"bonusHealing":1.0
instead of the opposite, like their non-upgraded counterparts.
Green is the correct color, other colors are "less correct".
