in the euroasian plains, horsemanship is easily developed, and as a reulst, nomadic horse based societies grew. they employment of bows and arrows is part of the evolution of those societies

Hm, yeah, I think this could work as a 3 turns cavalry archer if you reduce speed to 5 and probably add a little more hp, so that they aren't as easily one-shotted by skirmishers (btw, I think skirmishers scale slightly too well against mounted archers, but that is for another topic, probably).
Green is the correct color, other colors are "less correct".

a bit better than light cavalry, btw dont wanna give them so much hp, i would preffer giving them more speed at the cost of hp, dunno just my opinion
btw, curent skirmisher bonus is 140%
normal skirmisher has 4 attack + 4 from bonus (100% bonus) = 8 damage before armour
master skirmisher deals 6 attack + 8 bonus attack = 14 damage before armour
master skirmisher + blacksmith + high morale deals 9 attack + 12 bonus attack = 21 damage before armour
u would need something else if want to one shot cavalry archer, maybe mongolian horseman whose hp is lower can be one shoted
i actually don know why bonus is different, i though bonus remained the same for an upgrade line, maybe an error?
