Afk players do not give gems once AI? ANSWERED

Post by Lordofshampoo »

I've had a 6 player game where eventually every player stopped playing except me, so they all become AI. The game entrance price was 3 gems, however I didn't receive anything once game was won. Should I send link or is it a mesure to try prevent players from gaining gems from multiple accounts or something? If a mesure, it could be abused if players stop playing so their opponents don't get gems

i dont remember exactly
but i think it similar is like if you play against AI on multipalyer they will not give gems either.
and once they become AI - they are AI (read: easy targets)

Makes sense. It should at least give back the gems you spent on the bet game

sure?
it should have.

only the other "players" should not give you their bets (as they are AIs).
your own bet should be returned.

it needs a little testing if you are not 100% sure it was not added to your account.

I'm 100 % positive it didn't return any gems, but now I deleted the game so I can't show it. Kinda sad but I guess it happens

i cheked the method called

Code: Select all

    getBetReward
and shows that if you are a "winner" (if game shows you "you won") than you need to have bet
- your own bet
- or more if you beat more humans or Ex-humans. (ex-human = a human turned to AI), more = total bets of these players dividede by number of winners.

so in "theory" it should give gems.
(there are a few other checks - that sholulld also work (in theory) - eg. it is stored how many gems were paid by you to the game, and if once you already got it back you can not get it again)

so my ideas:
- were you a "winner" by game state?
- have you had the game uninstalled and reinstalled while this game was running? (if so maybe the paid-in bet was cleared during this, that can be a bug)
- if you could longpress and send me the game, an dthe game id, i might be able to see the state of the game

I was a winner by game state, however I may have uninstalled and reinstalled the game since I deleted and downloaded again the app, so that could be it.
I don't have the game to send link because I deleted it :(
Thanks for your interest tho
