Well, I think they got rid of two of the Kirovs, and kept two. And all 4 Iowa's are still afloat. Not to mention the other three fast battleships. Anyway, this is getting off topic.

I would like to propose a new design for the KIROV CLASS.

I would also like to propose some changes related to Russian cruisers and others, Russian cruisers should have SPEED = 6 to match the others, even because they are fast vessels. I also think that all cruisers have 2 attack actions per turn.

- compare to IRL same sized ships and those ships in game - it should be similar in size
- also the view angle seems too top view, please check the other ships view angle, if fit then awesome.
