Assign Town Center to a player in Map Editor (Age of World Wars)

Hi. I'm new to using the Map Editor. Can someone help me assign a TC to a particular player in the Map Editor?
Also, I've read the Map Editor HELP in the game but I was wondering if there are more details and simple examples I can find in this forum to guide me on my first map?

about the question not sure what map type: if scenario than simply select the color of the player.
