How to kill flying units with orcs IMPLEMENTED

Any idea of how to beat flying units with orcs? Axe throwers range is too low, and then you do not have any other range unit to attack. The only one could be the troll shaman but not really effective. And you can't spend 3 orcs everytime to summon a dragon

Any help?
