Okay!

I think we all have the dev version here so maybe you did not see... :)

Daniel has published the Christmas maps (the maps from Darkknight, Hardeep, and theBluePhoenix - but balint's has errors that we are trying to figure out, it might be triggers and only balint can fix those) to Google Play, and has announced that these were from the contest. We asked players to mail in to Daniel their votes which we will take into account when we announce the winner. (The winner will be a GEM paying map)
Thanks!

How about making an option that will allow you to vote in the game?
Or how about adding a button that will auto create a email to you and the player just needs to write who's map it is

How about a whole new section tab in the menu that will show all the Christmas maps?

if i have received appr. 10 votes i will summarize and tell the result.

thanks.

Re: Christmas map 2015 CONTEST

here is the one i have received, one vote for bluephoenix:
A lot of the instructions are difficult to file and understand and there are a number of glitches (such as killing guys that are going to join you or not knowing how to trigger the join), but of the three, I think the blue guys map has the fewest problems.

I don't know if you know anyone (or have anyone there) that speaks English fully, but it may be helpful as some of the dialogue and instructive are very difficult to understand.

Thanks. Merry Christmas and happy new year.

Ok so i get the guy's point.i will make things more specific.hey dev, is it possible that you give a nominal reward of 6 gems to the people who vote? Ask them to specify some details about all the maps and their suggestions so as to rule out the bogus voters?

I think that could be a good idea, but would it be more trouble than its worth?
Thanks!

At least someone would vote!
And if they are taking trouble to review three maps in fan section without getting anything, they at least deserve something....

Yeah and i do think i am the blue guy :D lol

I think you are on a wrong track,
i think the problem is
- not that they are not motivated to play the 3 maps
- but the problem is that almost no one saw the "message" about the vote.

What about placing the message into the intro text of each map?

Exactly, its a game, so they would probably play the maps nonetheless.
Also we need to pick up the pace, cause soon it will become irrelevant
I didn't see the message while actively searching
So how about a new tab that is labeled 'Map making Competitions'
It would have info on the vote and a link to the forum for more info, that way we can keep the tab for easter a uncle sams day and the 1st of april and the 5th of may
What do you think
Edit: merge with th above and you got yourself an ineffable system, it would also compel people to make maps (Those who don't already have nigh unlimited gems and the dev version. for good or bad, it will be engaging )

Im with hardeep in this matter. The blue guy could have different meanings or could refer to the fact that the enemies wore blue uniforms :D
