After utterly trouncing me the Galliant Dev resigned from the field of combat. Leaving me and my ego broken and alone on the field for the greater glory of the game.

Where has the games of hardeep v/s Qqo , doom v/s patroid reached?
My game has just started to get interesting

I have been afk for a week, so me and Patroid have not made much progress since last week. Right now, the game looks pretty even, he is falling back to fortifications and archers, while I am countering him with arrow resistant units.

Daniel the Devs game play ...fair and balanced and traditional. The troops I choose this time got decimated easily, the Roman troops, by Daniel's upgraded calvary and archers. I should have went skirmishers and by the time i started them going I didn't stand a chance.

Update from me and Patroid game:

Game is going smoothly and decently quickly. Patroid's strategy seems to be heavily reliant on workers, and he is building multiple castles. However, I have broken his defence with a good ole wagon o' macemen and taken one of his tcs, slaughtering many of his workers in the process.

The game could still go either way, but my last turn seems to have been a decisive turning point of the battle.

On my part, i have made a few mistakes , like making transport ships first, not offensive ones, and due to that , a patrolling warship from the other side has managed to survive a lot of turns and hence elven princess as got a nice peak from my side. Also she has a lot of ports and factories producing naval warships from start, while i am still producing more warships. Apart from this, i am much well off, as i have more points, many units and will soon launch a decisive attack on elven princess

Yes, we have already had our first naval skirmish, which I managed to win, having a destroyer to his transport.

From what my Cruise to the Isle of Blue has seen, TheBluePhoenix has some heavy units prepared for war. Having nothing better to do I, uh, took a few potshots at them.

Another hard hit on Patroid this turn:

Patroid managed to launch a decently dangerous counter attack of lancers, coupled with heavy fire from 2 castles, to defeat my macemen and hussars and retake his tc. Thankfully, my banner bearer managed to survive and regroup with a new group of infantry. Also, I was prepared for the attack, and took advantage of his offensive to sneak in an assassin and destroy the newest of his 2 castles, where his saggitarus now stands. I was also able to retake his tc, thus once again halting his frontline production.

Currently, the west side of our map is a standstill, and neither of us have enough troops over there to do anything significant. He sent a lancer to kill a skirmisher, but it was easily dispatched by my pikeman gaurd in the tc.

Patroid still has a significant amount of workers around his capital, as well as a castle and some strong defenses, so this game will still take many turns to determine the ultimate winner.

I think you have the advantage here, Doom. Looking at space and initiative advantages...

You also have a pretty significant production advantage.

To be fair, it adds quite a bit to the game, otherwise it would be a trebuchet spam-fest, since they are the only other unit that can effectively take down castles without 900 casualties.

Out of respect I refrained from using trebs since my opponent hadn't had the upgrade

Uses Teutonic Knights lots

My fight with elvenprincess has gone a bit sluggish because i lost my transport ships in a short fight with her and at present i am making my navy strong rather than building transport ships..

This happened just now in my game with elvenprincess with me.

I will end my turn without doing anything but even then i have a 1 turn production lead
