yes, images to the right eg. a 3 frame animation is 3x32px so 96 px wide and 32px height (if one tile height is the unit)

nice! suggestions:
- make the blue flames more tansparent - they needs to be only a faint, weak thing. imho.
- mak the animation non-jumpy - so fluent.

other than that : nice!

There is just a pixel of difference between animations. Should i make trandition with more transparency? Also should i make more frames?

You can increase the no.of flames to increase fluency

no, i ment that the last image is not continous with the first. there is a jump. it will be in a loop so it should be.

This one is the transparent version
I think you need to place it on a terrain to see the effect, unless we don't make a bigger flame that cover partially the horse legs.

I would make something like that:
Cost 8
Hp 60
Attack 18
Range 1
Armor 2
Pierce Armor 2
Speed 5
Sight 7
Action 1

I also would make him able to cast something like lifelink on self or summon skeleton (it is some sort o death)

I also would make him able to cast something like lifelink on self or summon skeleton (it is some sort o death)
we might lower some stats and add a burning effect from its flames

They look not so natural. What about a character that is the " healer" image modified to black robe and having same hat as on the horse?

Better but I think the reaper should rest on ground with the pole, also the robe was more detailed on healer image. It looks like a porcelain figure with this smooth clothing.
