This is an one time use tec,it is reaserched in castle for 10 turns,u desperately mobilize villager(workers,laborers) and they become man at war for 5 turns,this is an defensive tec for desperate times

I think that it should be researched but used when needed (otherwise the timing could not be goid enough)
