If you want such a versatile unit you should make it reeeeally weak or just make it cost more.
A worker costs 3 turns and i think that a fighter that can also build factories cannot cost less.
Anti cavalry doesn't make sense because it's something that in this game is related to polearms (that can counter a charge)
Double attack is ok but its stats should be balanced with existing units.

As stated, currently way to OP. However, it might be cool to have another building/fighting unit besides the laborer.
The day is coming when a single carrot, freshly observed, will set off a revolution.

They will be rly low hp units with alow damage but will have a big bonus against cavalary
