And hey has anyone come up with a sprite for white dragon yet
That one guy that disappears for 6 months then comes back and keeps doing it over and over.

My way of seeing snakemen
I'd give snakeman a desert or arabian nights flavor
I'd call it dervish (in d&d dervishes are generally dual wielders)
I'd like to make a cobra-like unit that i'd like to call pharaoh and has a aura (like group attack or something like that) and a strong poison attack

Btw, i like the pharaoh idea. Lets call it pharaoh cobra. Made stats for it:
Pharaoh cobra (cost:5 / infantry) (since it dual wields, two actions per turn. Has poison attack. Has group attack aura.)

Atk 8 (2 actions/turn)
Arm/p.arm 1/1
Speed 4
Sight 5
Description: an ancient serpentine warrior from the pharaohs age. Attacks with dual blades and a nasty poison bite.
(50% bonus against infantry/food units.)

Those stats look like a 3-4 turn cost unit to me imo.

Btw, do you think that the stats of the white/devourer dragons are low?... (it seems that i tend to put units with lower stats than they should be...

I suggest you to make the curves "softer" and to mak the parts in light more white than grey (like a stronger contrast in shading)

How about Frog Lizard Rider? That unit is a Quick Mounted Unit like light cavalry on humans but this is faster than light cav.

The frog things seems weird to me imo.

Being frogs amphibious i'd make it slower but able to swim at the same land speed (or faster into water)

frog i used because it face look like lizard and frog is not just a frog it is a mutant frog, and frog is the best infantry for scouting.
