Fooder Cannon Attack Ignore Spell Ressist

I think it's a good idea to make the fooder cannon ignore the enemy's spell ressist because I think fooder cannon is junk against elves.

I agree. And not just the fodder cannon. As how it works right now every effect is considerd "magic" but not every effect is.
That way wouldn't make sense for elves to have 80% spell resistance when this help them to protect against a human cannonball.

We should point specifically what is magic and what is not and decide if spell resistance must be in or not.
