Spartan hoplite and samurai - IMPLEMENTED

I think that those units are a bit out of place in the game. They are more hystorical units that fantasy one. I would remove them or replace them with units more fit with the setting.

Yes, it is just a matter of flavor.
For example we might make the hoplite with the imperial guard image

I would raise hp to 50 (like the imperial guard which will cost 6), bring attack to 15 and lower the hoplite cost to 8 or 7

No. in AoS the hoplite is perfectly in context and i think you are doing a good job with its redesign

I almost made since the sixth to the tenth card, I only needed a Imperial Guard or modified spartan hoplite

Maybe Edit it and remove the Plate Armor with Mail Armor. Its looks too similar to a Royal Guard.
