Panther is supposed to be an American tank,(as long as i remember)
I am, indeed, a big Witch King and Middle Earth fan if you didn't notice.

No I'm pretty sure that the Panzerkampfwagen V Panther was made by the Nazi Germans.

They were able to make their own from the details given to them from the soviets, but I don't think implementing them into the game is a good idea.
