Elven Walls - Buffing

2per, a very active player in AoS and AoF, believes the elf walls aren't very balanced. According to him the walls were too weak.

I suggest changing its hp from 40 to 55 because these walls aren't as very fortified as the walls of other races.

I think we might raise their stats but moreover their distinctive point should be their capacity to counter.

Also we tought of the new walls approach that should increase the armor/p. Armor of near buildings. I think i will work on the new walls jsons and try to give them their distinctive traits.
