Money courier infinite effect

Money courier infinite effect

I think the money courier one use effect with mercenaries is not so useful making the mercerary units not so useful too . It's posible to make the ' mercenary payment effect' infinite ?

Mercanaries are already cheap, and money couriers can be cheap as well. I don't think they need this kind of upgrade.
