I think they should. BULDINGS are 64×64. Tanks CANT be smaller. Also,about movement-tanks will got some problems,and block moves of other units,but its good.
My vote, teams. It's on AoWW scale for range, and the time setting depicts larger armies, in well organized groups, rather than armies of individuals on smaller scales. We're talking world's armies, rather than the forces a single city can muster.
