Hello developers of Age of Strategy. You have built a great game, thank you.
I did notice 2 bugs in version 0.995 2014-11-07 on a nexus 10 tablet that I would like to report.
Bug 1 Replacement character
Under the Campaigns > Storylines > Ambition
In all the missions, anywhere there should be an apostrophe ' I see a replacement character (a black diamond with a question mark). Example on the "security" mission you will see both "There's" have a black box where there should be an apostrophe. Theses black boxes are present in all the text for each mission in the ambition storyline.
I have seen this before when people copy from Microsoft word into a web page that is not set to use UTF8 encoding.
Normally this can be fixed by replacing the character MS Word uses (a curly apostrophe) for a standard apostrophe (straight apostrophe like you get in notepad).
Alternately it may be fixed by declaring utf-8 encoding like the below on the web page.

Bug 2 Broken image links
Under the Campaigns > Historical Battles
If you click on any mission in this campaign you will see a box with a missing image link. Example on the "Battle of Troy" mission, there is a broken image link that says "Battle of Troy map". I assume these map images were supposed to be removed. The same issue affects "History of Hungary" campaigns.
Thanks again for all your hard work. I have been searching for a game like this for some time.
Replacement characters and broken image links - IMPLEMENTED
Re: Replacement characters and broken image links
Sorry, Daniel.
Bug 1 is my fault (I did use Word to edit). Here is the fixes.

You have grown in a small village that has just become an actual civilization instead of barbarians. You have shown yourself as a good fighter and helped many other fellow villagers; at one point they have decided to make you leader of their small village, and make this land with ores, water, stone pits, flat terrain for crops and animals, and good temperature of great use. The first task is not prosperity...but security. There's a bandit camp close to the village. You have trained some peasants how to use bow and sword and they are at your command to get rid of those bandits. Be careful -there's also some wolves next to your village. You should get rid of them first.

The ambush was perfect! The Count who was leading that army was killed in battle and his entire land now belongs to you. You have received the rank of Count! As Count, you are a noble who is a vassal of Duke Harringoth. This Duke is the vassal to King Harclus who rules the Kingdom of Swadia. However this Kingdom has a rival - the Kingdom of Rhodox! Rhodoxic people are known for their great crossbow and pike infantry. It wont be long before these two Kingdoms start fighting each other. You had hoped that it wouldn't happen, but one day you receive a message from King Harclus. It proclaims: "Raise your sword! We are at war with Kingdom of Rhodox!". The King has tasked your lord Duke to secure the borders around the Kingdom, and has called you to secure one side while he secures others. If you manage to cross the bridge at the borders to enter enemy territory and secure it. It will give us a great advantage, since they will not be able to hold the bridges against us with their deadly crossbows. Good luck!

The border has been secured! We now have the advantage because we don't have to cross any bridges to enter the enemy's territory! However, seems as if Rhodox has crossed another border and attacked a Swadian village! Duke Harringoth has managed to secure all the other borders, and now King Haclus has ordered all Dukes to send their armies to the main border between Swadia and Rhodox, in order that they may launch a huge assault on the Fortress of Rhodox. The Duke has asked that you handle the defense of the invaded Swadian village. A scout reported that the village is already under attack, and that the Rhodox leader has also hired a mercenary camp to northwest. The Rhodox encampment is located in the northeast. Defend the village from this assault and then train some more soldiers. A scout found a small rebel town to southeast side. You can use that town to train more soldiers, to destroy both the mercenary camp and the Rhodoxic encampment. Good luck!

The Village was saved and the mercenary camp was destroyed, as well as the Rhodoxic encampment. However, this battle was not fought near the border of Swadia and Rhodox, but of Swadia and the independent Duchy ruled by Duke Javelin. This Duke has launched his own invasion of Calardia. Calardia is the continent that is divided in which many kingdoms and duchies fight for supermacy and domination. Duke Javelin has gathered a large army that has attacked you. You fell back to Northern Swadia, but you were still chased, and all Swadian towns along the enemy's way were pillaged. You decided to make your stand at the coast, and Duke Ragos that rules Northwestern Swadia sent you small reinforcement. He would have liked to send more, but most of his troops were fighting with King Harculs. This is where you make your last stand in a defensive position on the coast but Duke Javelin has brought with him something different -something that Swadians and Rhodoxins are surely going to remember... if they live after the attack of the elephants.
Re: Replacement characters and broken image links
they are links to the AOS server, if you dont have internet connection they will be broken - do you have internet when you checked them?Bug 2 Broken image links

Thanks again for all your hard work. I have been searching for a game like this for some time.
Re: Replacement characters and broken image links
They are working on my phone.
This is Hungary and winter is coming.
Re: Replacement characters and broken image links
Thanks for fixing Bug 1 Replacement copy so quickly. In regards to Bug 2 Broken image links, I had my Wi-Fi off (no internet) so this was not a bug, it was my mistake. Thank you again.
