tech: elf animaly — ARCHIVED

the tech or "wisdom" would give the elves a special ability to use the animals on map:
- eg. an archer can jump on a deer and will transform to a deer rider,
- a bear would only become elf controlled (player control) and so on.

Good, but you need other upgrades before you can upgrade this one, else you have an advantage at the begiining of te game. Maybeye it is a better idea if you can train animals after animaly?

the problem is when you have 2 elven players with this tech
