Incendiary Bombs
A new tech for aircraft bombers which burns or Incinerate any type of Soft target (ex.Infantry) but renders useless against any Hard target (ex.Tanks)

What do you guys think of this? I think this might be interesting but useless as bombers can one hit kill infantry
I am, indeed, a big Witch King and Middle Earth fan if you didn't notice.

What if they caused buildings to burn and lose HP every turn?

Tanks will be wrecked too. Most tanks in ww2 can't protect the drivers from fire. The fire will burn the drivers alive. Even a molotov can do that when thrown to the top of the tank.
