More Explosion Amor for At Cannons

Increase explosion armor for all At cannons to 20.

ok, i can, but please tell us why do they need it (i mean what we will symbolize with high armor?)

They are short harder to be shot by cannons. They also have some kind of shield in front of them to protect the crews from machineguns.

ok, please check in xls all cannons and set there the desired armor
(i believe some gun types will have different than others - question is if we can calczulate it from any real attribute of the gun or it will be fictious)

I found a method to count it base from armour penetration in 1000m with APCR shells.
Pak 38 +12 explosive armor. Soviet 45mm +7 explosive armour.
At guns are usually hidden and can't be easily seen by tanks, so at guns will fire first to tanks.
