Soo, why is it that when I kill the enemy team I lose and when they kill one of my team I lose again?
Is there something missing here or is it another script problem?

Ya, I use the dwarf monk to kill the orc in front and I lost, I kill the bladesinger and I lost, same happened for the whole enemy team.
