Change: "League Leader" to "League Director"

Okay, this is the first name change to help eliminate confusion. Thanks to max-damage for the better name idea! :)

"League Leaders" are now called "League Directors". I'll try to edit the instances, but if I miss one, let me know.

balint and ejm29: You guys still do the same thing, it's just a change in title. :)
