GLORY OF GENERALS!!!!! All of them are good (and really hard).
Turns of War: WWII tbs. Lots of units.
There's one on the American Civil War. IDK the name of that one.
And Copper Age. (I don't like freeciv much)

I don't like the tbs by herocraft. They tried to merge 'Risk' with TBS.
I liked the Pacific version Glory of Generals... but it was too hard for me.

I know of many of those types of games, I used to play roughly 12-15 at a time. But I don't feel like drawing away from the fan base here. AoS has potential to become legendary.

Coolguy: don't worry, i am awful too and I really like the new bomb planting I played a round with my brother, he had mofe army, but he was destroyed under my mg nest's fire and the mines

My favorite from the old game was the Soviet "Katies".

As good as the graphics and gameplay on this is, AoS is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better. (We even have a chat)
