Auto skip and time zone for multiplayer

I was thinking about an option to improve the multiplayer experience

You might add your time zone to your profile to make sure you can play whit other people who are awake at the same time you are

Another thing i'd like to be added is an auto skip turn, so that if you are loosing and not more interested in playing you don't slow down other player by selecting this option

This option could be also automatically activated after 2 or 3 turns that passed after the 24 hours limit
