Im confused, why are we giving late medieval units upgrades? This is supposed to be the very end of that era.

I think Gral.Sturnn swordsmen fits very well, that armour wasnt just used for halberdiers. Maybe if you want him to be slightly less armoured exchange his breastplate for gambeson, that way his legs, arms and face are still heavily armoured.

Levies are okay, but tbh DreJaDe some of your newer images look like 14 or 15th century, the original Late Knight you made with black armour and lance fit much better.

We are slowly slipping further and further back into AoS, but i dont know why

Yeah, I kinda agree but the newer images I sent are from references coming from real early 15th century. I also thought thaty first images are way too armored. So I made an armored knight that isn't too armored while also using references from actual 15th century even though it's the early one.

My real problem on creating this images is the lack of references. Even the first black knight image are actually referenced from a knight guy from the 16th century not the 15th.

Well I could only use what I see for I can't imagine things from what I read.

Well, would you look at that. So my first try is actually accurate at many points. Though I could still see some guy with the same armor as my newer images.

Well, you could all just decide on how I should make units. I'm pretty open for suggestions.

Well above i attached a source from the 15th century depicting a battle that took place in 1471, the armies on both sides were shown as very heavily armoured and the image you originally made for the late knight and the image Gral.Sturnn made fit very well.

Of course there were also less armoured units, but for that you can assume they wore gambeson and small amounts of plate on arms and legs, for example light cav or pikes/halberds before the player unlocks their 16th century versions. Just try to keep the armour that they did have in the style of 15th century :D

I dont think we need so many different units from medieval though, its not this games focus.

Okay then, Grul said he'll make a more accurate version so I would just wait for that.

I'll do some of the buildings. Tommorow for me.
