maybe just keep the cape on the back of the image and he doesn't need to be exactly in the same position of other units if it doesn't look well (you might try making it left handed)

I like the captain. About the town watch can you give the unit her weapon? (I think that she can keep it in the offhand so it will disappear behind the mount)

Btw, @Alexander82, the mounted archers and quick archers have the wrong image in game, you grabbed the image with the original unicorn horn and not the coloured one.
