Handcannoneer and upgrades will be effective against ships. Also, drydock are able to fire enemy ships (this idea just got into my mind) with a drydock defences ability.
Coastal defense will be very deadly too.
And inside cities y will be able to recruit citizen cannons (a weak version)

Also how about make a tech like Explosive cannon shells to deal deadly damage to ship and buildings.

I searched about it and gthey were used since early 19th century...maybe making a "experimental development" to enable the production of experimental guns and ammunition

I saw something in a game archers strapped explosive thingys into their arrows the texture is like a mini firework.

They did exist, but its not something that would fit the game, keep in mind asian kingdoms and dynasties are really not present in the game

The first old guard will be the grenadier of Napoleon 1

Its ability shoot and throw hand grenades can prove usefull in both ground fights and sieges.

remember we need first the early game units. its ok to have some napoleonic wars units, but early game units are priority

Yeah, i forgot writing obut that...actually...the rest could be buyable units...

Fencers didn't fight on the front line, it is and was a sport. I don't think there were whole units of men armed with just fencing blades, maybe they would have them as sidearms
Demi-lancer shouldn't upgrade to lancer, they were different weapons with different uses
