so the bug is : game not "reveals"/shows an enemy stealth unit (being in sight of a stealth seeing ally) right after killing its carrier (and remaining in the carriers tile)?

Unit is revealed but was not targetable right after.

1. Player 1 put assassin into wagon and moved.
2. Player 2 found wagon (was within range of his scout bird).
3. Player 2 killed wagon and assassin was dropped from wagon (he was revealed via scout bird).
4. Player 2 right after that can't target dropped assassin with his units.

Alas after relaunching game he can target assassin.

I didn't try relaunching the game (I just switched apps, from game to browser and vice-versa, not sure if that counts as relaunching if the game didn't go back to the menu), but I could only target the assassin after moving another unrelated unit.
