-manage person trades, if a person has much more experience and/or more ipgrades
- set the rules for your league.

Being a part of the tournament is a responsibility, because there will be periods that require active gaming (so we can finish on time).

Sweet!! Do you think Daniel might put up a notice in the main menu on the actual game about the leagues? I bet a lot of players who aren't active in the forums would participate in league-play!!

By the way, COOL, you aren't eligible to participate...not because you're the commissioner, but because you already told me that you don't take your moves on time!!!
