the design concept is ok!
my suggestions:
- maybe a little smaller shelter woould look better.
- make the shelter look like it was made of wood i mean wood "boards" (now it is a simply filled with brown) , so some details.
but the concept looks ok!

can you please send me the image where the "fat" boat is alone? (without the mast)
i wanted to play with the position of the mast. - thanks!

i just quickly did my idea, but i did not have the plain raft so i put it onto your image, but here is the "shelter" i thought would be cool.
what do you think?
if you like the concept than Patroid:
a) please put this shelter onto the plain raft,
b) and please attach the plain raft too!

I think orcs should have a proper boat... like the humans, but take longer, and with more armour.
