i like it,
- maybe a little thinner weapon - but minus 1 pixel would be too much... so maybe forget it.
- maybe a little more muscles (seems weak to hold such a bid sword)

Daniel, i'm testing those upgrades and i really think that they don't give enough for a 12 turn wait. Can we try my alternative stats?

I was taking a look to orcs stats and corresponding human units
I think we might raise the orc warrior stats a little bit (at least when the 2nd human warrior upgrade will be in)

As you can see, when the swordman 2nd upgrade shall be in, the edge of the orc infantry will be lost (even more the man at arms shall also have a higher attack).
I suggest, at least in the future, to change the stats as in the second part of the image
