Russian cavarly. Can pass rough terrain easily and capture tcs (must be dismounted). Cost=3 turns. Can be mounted and dismounted.

Yes, calvaries support tanks against AT, fight at bad terrain (forest in game), mobile infantries, replacing vehicles for a while when Russia lose a lot of vehicles, charging unorganized enemies, and infiltration.
Some battles:
Battle of Moscow
Battle of Kashira
Battle of Stalingrad
They fight dismounted and mounted. They even fight the Japanese.

Its technically a Polish Calvary man as well.

Uhlans fight only on horses,so without this albitly,cant capture tcs and can change weapon: saber of rilfe. But if you mean stats attack same when they use rilfe,when saber -2 but 60% bonus aganist infantry. But we geting off topic.

I think the KV-2 could be great to have. The KV-2 wasnt used a lot, due to its ridiculously slow speed, slow (and barely functioal) turret, and its extreme cost, but its a well known tank (popularised by World of Tanks and War Thunder) and a favorite to many due to its reletively massive gun, and heavy armor. I expect in-game, it'd be amung the slowest units to the point of being hard to use, and be very expensive, but have massive damage, and being very hard to take out.
