The war with Daniel just got started, i already took control one of four main islands hoping to fortified it soon enough. That cavalry armor i stole help me skip some stuff there. Hope to get his heavy knight tech to buff my knights.

DoomCarrot and TheBluePhoenix will be pleased that my style has not undergone much change. I'm predicting that I will have as many points as you in a few turns. You will have to keep trying with those cavalry
Btw, I am finding Puss_in_Boots to be a good combatant. I attempted to rattle him early in the game, but he showed level headed strategy and pressed his advantage. Hopefully I have slowed the game down enough to my liking.

The cover you keep is making it difficult to adjust as I can't tell what is shooting nor get my infantry or siege close enough to destroy the defenses..

duneix has managed to capture 5 of 8 TCs. Because of the TC distribution I don't see how could I have been there sooner as he was the one starting. I am now trying to fortify, hoping for luck and tactics to help against TC and unit quality advantage.

I withdraw from the match, i don't see how can i comeback with Daniel's forces and my defenses. Btw, where do you exactly spawn Daniel

? In the main island or in the corner? Your cavalry already sweep Tcs in half of the maps when i just thinking to take the tcs, and i don't think the strat i try to use is that good, i am only good at maps with no water it seems (lol).

Idea: if two players meet once again, this time the one later in alphabet prepares the match and the one who did it last time now has the first move advantage.

I suggest you not douing anything else in first few turns than capturing tcs, i had built bridges and captured some tcs while you were still in your main island, i have managed to get 90% of free tcs (approx 8 or 9)while you got only 2. So first: get most tc at first, so do not waste turns to build eg. Stone bridges, you lose many turns.
Yes i have spawned in bottom left corner.

Good to see the games have all been going well, I will update the brackets, good game to the Dan's and good luck on your next games!
As for me and tamatam, we are still early in our game because of me being away but we will catch up soon hopefully, giving that we are playing on a small map

My attack fell flat while COOLguy was building up his strength. I thought I had it. Just assign me down to loser number 2 I happily accept defeat.
I thought towers could detect assassins. Was that just watch towers and forest sentries?

No.Some units /structures can detect assassins.
Scout/stout bird/spy/assassins/Ranger(hiding). These units can detect assassin within their sight.
Also,emeny can detect it if your assassin stand next to any enemy unit/structure.

It is true, any scout-types / hidden-types of units can see them. So are watch towers and forest sentries.

Ok, brackets are updated!
Also, tamtam has been utterly overwhelming me.... We played with starting upgrades, something that I am not accustomed to, and swarms of orthnicopters on turn 10 were something I was not prepared for at all. It looks like our game might be coming to an embarrassingly quick end.
