Nope.
For now T-90 (updated version with dynamic armor, rocket-type ordinances (which can be shot up to 5 kilometers) and several other upgrades) and T-14 (Armata, uninhabited tower,better stats of T-90, could be used as drone tank without any crew) are one of the best tanks in the world. (i also don't know about their places. maybe they're a bit worse than american tanks, but as i know they are much cheaper: 1 Abrams (this one i must admit was designed in previous century as well as T-90. but i think it got several modifications and upgrades to be in line of time) cost similar to 15 T-14 and 1 upgrade of T-90)
