Hero should be strong unit but not any superman and hero would give morale bonus for units close it. Maybe multiplayer games should have heroes on/off option.

Yes for heros for storyline.
No heros in multiplayer games. It will take away from the essence of AOS which is strategy based gaming.

That's my point your hero will be customize only by using the item you get

I say yes for both. As long as there is an option to disable it (like any other upgrade or consumable) I think it is fine and could add a lot.

Would we have two upgrade area's in the main menu? 1 for standard units, buildings, and technologies, and 1 for all the hero crap?

A player that needs a "hero" needs to rethink their strategy not think on "help"

No, this is just a different type of gameplay that will be optional. Besides BOTH players will have "heroes" so it will still require strategy.

Why not the hero only usefully in random map and multiplayer and maybe create a huge hero storyline

i rceived a similar reauest on google play revirews:
"Perhaps create some special artifacts that users can get by playing through a difficult campaign and winning it? The artifact can give a permanent boost to certain units, but you are only allowed to pick 1 artifact for any 1 battle."

if coolguy easter egg is considered an 'artifact' he is used to boost siege units
