So here is the stats.
Cost: 4
Power: 12-11
Armor: 1-2
Penetrating Armor 1-2
Range: 1
Spell resistance: 50%
Speed: 3
Builders: Castle
Bonuses: Same bonuses as warrior
Sight: 4
Hp: 28
Abilities:
Leadership(give +1-2 attack and 1/1 armor to each human unit in radius of 4)
Is this good for the sergeant?

TO JUSTICE

The image looks nice,and so are the stats,but one thing I feel is bonus should be more than warrior,it won't be able to counter anything,if it is swordsman,because elves will definitely finish it in seconds,when it is a weak unit,there won't be difficulty to counter it,making leadership,of less use.But rest things are pretty awesome

I think elite warrior would be ok.But probably,this is among the units I really like,and I am really curious for it to get implemented

Agreed, just add the sight 1 point, and it would be nice.
Power: 12
Armor: 2/2
Leadership(+1 attack, +1/+1 armor)

I think we might give a multiple effect:

1) a smaller bonus for every unit
2) a higher bonus for melee infantry

This is to make infantry more worth its cost.

A straight +5 attack is far better on a archer than on a swordsman

So it might be

+1 attack to everyone
An extra +1 for throwers and melee infantry
An extra +1 for melee infantry

So every unit will get a +1 (maybe not casters and workers)

Throwers will get a +2

Infantry will get a +3

Also I'm not sure about the image since it doesn't really looks like the current army

We might also consider making 3 levels (every level aura will become wider)

What do you think?

We might otherwise add a light spell resistance and +1 speed for melee infantry at levels 2 and 3

I really like the first suggestion, Can you make the image the same style as the regular humans because if I try, it will not be the same.

Every unit will get a +1.

Throwers will get a +2.

Infantry will get a +3.

I really like this, does the range get wider for each upgrade or the bonuses get out of more.

Sorry i didn't get it was a question.

My proposals were 2

1) attack bonus as you stated and +1 range to the aura for every upgrade

2) attack bonus in the same way and 2 additional effects with level up (spell resistance or maybe dodge counter and +1 speed for melee infantry in range)

So the attack bonus is the part we agree is good, right?

Because with higher speed infantries will have higher mobility and because of that lower turns to reach enemy.
Especially that will be useful for imperials.

All right, I see your point even though you should really make wagon. Does anyone agreed changing the Dodge with speed.
