I suggest to give cooldown 2 for summoning ability, lower vanishing to 4, lower speed to 4.

Well, since they might just get new stats anyway and most of these drakes might not make it to that part so I'll leave it with just the brown drake and drake peak for now unless Alexander wants more.

At the moment the whole building don't seem needed to me. I prefer dragons to be simply produced for scalefolks.
