With the aid of Puss and Belfry, I might add.
Also, the Sniper is a map editor unit only, until we decide for sure on how it will work.

a bigger change:
introduced ages:
pre war: <='39
mid war: 40-42
late war: 43-45
units are available when they were produced historically.
uos 20
