It's not that bad! I like the look, it's perfect, just needs to be rescaled to fit the recommended sizes

Hilarious. As for the cleric I'll do that or Lynx could do He can make it more like the images of he wants. Maybe even add some things from his other images and make it an upgrade from this. What do you think

And @Savra may I make a battle Cleric,(not upgrade). though I see a bunch of holy unit suggestion.
Also have a paladin.
This needs to stand without upgrades.

Than I'll give the staff to this.
And mace, Rmor to that.
But now im impatient and exited to see this in game.
A really needed church caster unit.

I agree with all but the armour one, the humans gain that through the blacksmith, all humans do.

For fighter cleric, stats are too low. And are too much of a repeat of Templars and hospitallers who not only get upgrades but end with FAAAR better stats...
Especially for cost value.

You gave a miss some details
This one is anty infantry
Has good starter armor!
Has high start speel res and disenchanted weapon passive
Has group support skills, while Templars self buffs,
If some effects are fixed I may swap one ability
(may rise some values but must be lower than Templars, if gets 3 upgrades it's moot)
It's better early game
Also I forgot, immunity to blindness and rot. Debufffs...

I think that those units are too tall compare to other human infantry units
maybe @Lynx Shafir might try making some smaller images (not taller than units like the swordsman) and make tiers reflect more other tiered human infantry units.
